I loved this book. The insight into football was great and I've recommended this book to anyone who has even the slightest interest in football because it's amazing how much data can be used to affect the game. The latest editions include better references for their analysis. The methods they use in the book to measure performance are now used by top clubs every game, so I bet the authors are chuffed they were right about analysis.
